°1 lb ground beef
°1 package taco seasoning
°1 cup of water
°1/2 package of cream cheese
°1 1/2 cup grated cheese
Instructions
Boil pasta until cooked.
Brown ground beef & drain.
Mixing taco seasoning & water with ground beef for 5 min.
Adding cream cheese to beef mix also stir to melt and removing from heat.
Put the pasta in a baking dish and mix in 1 cup of cheese.
Top the pasta/cheese mixture with the beef mixture and toss gently.
Top with remaining cheese.
Baking at 350F un-covered for 15-20 min.
